Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot has announced that Wonder Woman 1984 has been rescheduled. Previously slated for November 1, 2019, the film is now set to premiere on June 5, 2020.
Super excited to announce that, thanks to the changing landscape, we are able to put Wonder Woman back to its rightful home. June 5, 2020. Be there or be square!!!

Wonder Woman 1984 was initially announced for release on that date. However, it was pushed up to its previous 2019 slot. It has now been moved back to its original position, hence Gadot’s “rightful home” remark.
Interestingly, there has already been another as yet unannounced DC movie scheduled for June 5 in the interim. So that one has either been delayed as well or canceled. Gadot did also mention that this was “thanks to the changing landscape,” so it is likely a lot of DC’s upcoming movie schedule has been reworked.
